The pleats and tucks on this vintage black velvet turban spiral like a beehive. The velvet is very soft and plush. Could be worn cloche-style if you put the short 'tail' to the side.
Condition is excellent with powdery residue from wear on the interior ribbed band, not detectable when worn.
Measures approximately 21 1/2" when working a tape measure around the interior band/ribbon just inside the hat.
